Allan is gaining an ever-growing international reputation for the grace of his work. His pieces range from abstract to highly realistic.

He pushes the stone to its limits in order to achieve almost unbelievable effects: the delicate, all-but-translucent leaves of an underwater scene or the paper thin curves of an abstraction.

On most days, Allan can be found outside his Salt Spring Island studio, meticulously sculpting unique works of art, from the real to the surreal and from the miniature to the monumental.
